Privacy Policy
Agents of Work (“we,” “us”) provides AI strategy, assessments, and implementation services through agentsofwork.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver our services:
- Contact information you provide (name, email, company, role) when you book an assessment, take the AI Snapshot, or contact us.
- Assessment and snapshot inputs (your answers, uploaded documents, prompts, and any business context you choose to share with us or our AI tools).
- Payment information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage data such as pages visited and basic analytics, used to improve the site. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use data
We use the information you provide to:
- Deliver the service you asked for (an assessment, a snapshot, a strategy engagement, or implementation work).
- Communicate with you about your engagement and respond to your questions.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and tools.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or resale. Period.
AI and model providers
Our services use AI models from established providers to generate analysis, recommendations, and drafts. When we send your inputs to a model provider to produce a result for you:
- We use enterprise or API tiers configured so that your inputs and outputs are not used to train provider models.
- We send only the information needed to perform the task you requested.
- We treat anything you share with us as confidential to your engagement.
Model providers act as our processors for the limited purpose of generating your result, under their enterprise data-handling commitments. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. We do not trade it. The only times your data leaves our systems are:
- To service providers we rely on to run the business (hosting, payments, email, analytics, and the AI model providers described above), under contracts that limit them to processing data on our behalf.
- To comply with the law if we receive a valid legal request, in which case we will push back on overbroad requests where appropriate.
- With your explicit permission, for example if you ask us to share a deliverable with a partner.
Security
We take security seriously. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored data, restrict access to the small team that needs it, use audited cloud infrastructure, and require strong authentication on our internal systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information protected and we will notify you promptly if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data.
Retention and deletion
We retain engagement data for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward to support follow-up work and to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete data tied to your engagement at any time by emailing aow@agentsofwork.ai, and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email aow@agentsofwork.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of agentsofwork.ai and the services we provide, including the free AI Snapshot, the Allie AI Analysis assessment, the Strategist assessment, and any custom AI strategy or implementation engagement (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
Use of services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and to provide accurate information. You agree not to:
- Use the Services to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, or harm anyone.
- Submit content you do not have the right to share, or content that contains malware.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services or their underlying providers.
- Use outputs of our Services to build a competing product or to train a competing AI model.
AI output disclaimer
Our Services use artificial intelligence to produce assessments, recommendations, drafts, and analysis. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material before relying on it for business, financial, legal, medical, or other consequential decisions. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and our deliverables do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
Payments and refunds
Paid Services are billed at the prices listed at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. If you are not satisfied with a paid assessment, contact us at aow@agentsofwork.ai within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you in good faith on a refund or rework.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the inputs, documents, and business information you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use that material for the sole purpose of delivering the Services to you.
On full payment, you own the deliverables we produce specifically for your engagement (the report, roadmap, configurations, or implementation artifacts). We retain ownership of our underlying methods, frameworks, templates, and tooling, and we may reuse general know-how gained from the engagement, provided we do not disclose your confidential information.
Liability
The Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
