What models is Allie using?+

You don't pick the model — she picks the best most cost-efficient model matched to the complexity of your question. If you like to pick the model, we offer all of the latest models from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok.

Is my data used to train AI models and does the LLM know who I am?+

No. Your conversations and memory are yours. We don't sell data and we don't feed it to any model provider's training pipeline. You also have access to our patent-pending feature called Rulespacks that auto or manually redacts PII and other sensitive information. Create your own with whatever words, clients, information you never want to send to the LLM. Also, through our secure AI model routing system, the LLM does not know who you are because there isn't an account associated with your name, credit card, location data, which is all available through every AI company's models.

Can I delete what Allie has learned?+

Yes. Every fact Allie has picked up is visible on your Memory page, and you can delete any of them — or wipe everything with one click.

What happens if I cancel?+

Your access stops at the end of the current billing period. All your history and memory are preserved — if you resubscribe later, everything is right where you left it. You can also fully delete your account so all memories, chat, and data are deleted.

Can I use this on my phone?+

Yes — the chat works in any browser. A native app is on the roadmap.
